Kindergym and kinderplay are drop-in programs for toddlers and young children ages 1-5 at 13 City of Ottawa recreation centres. Kinderplay is unstructured play in a gymnasium with soft equipment, balls, and toys. Kindergym includes small climbing structures, balance beams, tunnels, and mats. A caregiver must stay with the child. Available at Eva James Memorial Community Centre, Richcraft Recreation Complex, Minto Recreation Complex, CARDELREC Recreation Complex, Walter Baker Sports Centre, and more.
