Ottawa recreation centres offer over 50 types of drop-in fitness classes at 18 locations. Classes include yoga, Zumba, pilates, HIIT, indoor cycling, cardio and strength, bootcamp, kickboxing, tai chi, and TRX. Weight and cardio rooms are available for drop-in use. Many classes have 50+ and older adult versions including chair exercise, balance and stability, and Zumba Gold. Most group classes require advance reservation through the FrontDesk system.
