About Ottawa Drop-In Programs
The City of Ottawa offers drop-in recreation activities at over 60 recreation centres, pools, arenas, and community centres across the city. Drop-in programs allow residents to participate in swimming, fitness, skating, and sports without registering for a full session.
Swimming & Aquafit
Public swim, lane swim, and aquafit classes at pools across Ottawa including Kanata Leisure Centre and Wave Pool, Walter Baker Sports Centre, Plant Recreation Centre, Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex, and Splash Wave Pool.
Fitness & Weight Room
