About Gburger
Gburger started on Elgin Street over a decade ago and built a loyal following with chef-quality burgers at diner prices. In 2024, they moved to Wellington West, taking over the former John's Diner space. The focus hasn't changed: Ontario beef from local farms, ground fresh daily, and turned into burgers that punch above their weight.
The Burgers
The menu is built around quality ingredients and creative combinations:
- The Classic — Local beef, lettuce, tomato, pickles, Gitanes sauce. Simple but elevated.
- Chef Specials — Rotating seasonal burgers with ingredients you wouldn't expect at a burger place.
- Sides — Fresh-cut fries, onion rings, poutine.
All beef comes from Ontario cattle farms and is ground in-house daily.
What to Expect
The Wellington West location is bigger than the old Elgin spot. Order at the counter and grab a seat. The vibe is casual upscale — you can come in a t-shirt but the food will surprise you.
