Chelsea & Co. is the Old Chelsea microbrewery on Rue Douglas — positioned at the gateway to Gatineau Park and the natural post-hike beer stop for park visitors. Tourisme Outaouais lists it as a regional microbrewery destination with a lighted patio.
The lineup spans the standard styles done well — Blanche de Chelsea (Belgian white, 4.5%), Blonde de Chelsea (lagerized blonde, 5%), Rousse de Chelsea (Irish red, 5%), Côte Ouest IPA (7%), and the Scotch Ale Wee Heavy (10.5%, gold medal winner). Food is by local caterers — order and collect format.
