Friday Night Folk

Singer-songwriter Matt Gower hosts this edition of Art House's folk series, featuring Jennifer Noxon and Christine Graves, with sponsorship from CKCU FM.

Noxon's songs focus on everyday people and storytelling, alongside her practice as a visual artist. Graves returns to touring and recording with Everyday Life, following an established career in Canadian folk music.

Friday, November 6, 2026: doors at 8:30 PM, show at 9 PM, with the calendar running until 11 PM. Admission is $15 in advance or $20 at the door if available.

Tickets and access

Tickets are sold through Art House on Sairyo. Advance ticket quantities are limited; door tickets are offered only if the event has not sold out. Contact the venue at least 72 hours ahead if you need a particular seating arrangement. The venue does not offer ticket refunds or date transfers.

The entrance has eight steps and no ramp. Inside, the cafe floor is mostly level, with one small step down into a side room. There is a wheelchair accessible washroom and gender-neutral washrooms. The cafe serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Verified October 25, 2026 with the official venue calendar.
