Self-Care through Journaling

Self-Care through Journaling

Attend a 45-minute guided journaling session with Lori Rosove, followed by an optional 15-minute open conversation. No pressure, no expectations—just a safe space to breathe, release mental clutter, and start to uncover deep thoughts. Lori draws on her background as a social worker and writing instructor to guide you in personal journaling using writing methods, mindfulness tools, and nature prompts. Bring a pen and a notebook. We will have notebooks and pens available for those without. No experience required, all adults are welcome. Registration is required. NOTE: This is a 2-part series with registration required for each session. You may choose to register for both (Saturday June 20, Saturday June 27) or for a single session. Learn more about Lori Rosove at www.treesandbreathe.com.
