Powwow Workout with Amanda Fox is a 45-minute fitness and cultural learning experience at the NAC.
The session incorporates powwow dance steps from different styles of powwow dance alongside contemporary and traditional powwow music, with Amanda Fox sharing historical and cultural context throughout the program.
