
Tartan and Red Serge is a Canadian Celtic showcase featuring artists from across the Ottawa Valley.
Presented by the RCMP Pipes, Drums and Dancers, the production brings together bagpipes, drums, highland dancers, bugles, fiddles, Metis jiggers, and Celtic folk music in a celebration of heritage and performance.
