William Prince is a two-time JUNO Award-winning artist touring in support of his fifth LP, "Further From the Country." The album is described as "expansive and declarative," representing the work of an artist meeting the challenge of putting incisive words to this age of uncertainty.

Prince won Aboriginal Artist of the Year at the 2016 Western Canadian Music Awards, followed by a JUNO Award in 2017, the 2020 SOCAN Prize for "The Spark," and two wins at the 2021 Canadian Folk Music Awards. He made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2024.
