About Shinka Sushi Bar

Shinka Sushi Bar serves sushi in Ottawa's east-end industrial area, with dine-in reservations and online takeout. Chef Peo "John" Diep's restaurant history began with New Generation Sushi in 2004; the business later became Shinka. That history does not mean the current Sheffield Road location opened in 2004.
