New Pho Bo Ga La is a Chinatown staple on Somerset Street West. It's one of the few restaurants in Ottawa where you can get a hot meal at 3am on a Friday night. The menu covers the full range of Vietnamese classics — pho, bun bo hue, vermicelli bowls, and banh mi. Portions are generous and prices are low.
