Bean Bag Play Cafe

Bean Bag Play Cafe combines coffee and snacks for grown-ups with a play space designed for children aged 0 to 6. The Wellington West cafe has a baby corner and limits the play area to 12 children at a time.

Play visits

A play booking is $15 per child for one hour, with no admission charge for accompanying adults. Book ahead through the official play booking page to reserve a spot.

Children and adults wear socks in the play area, and adults supervise their children. The cafe FAQ explains booking and visit policies.

Birthday parties

Private bookings give your group exclusive use of the cafe and play space for two hours, with 30 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup. The space accommodates up to 12 children and 30 guests in total, and a party host helps the event run smoothly.

The Play is listed from $450. The Bean Bag adds a beverage for each guest, a fruit and vegetable platter, and an arch backdrop. See the current party packages for package prices, booking terms, and available dates.

The party booking page permits outside food and treats if they are nut-free. Outside drinks are not permitted.
