Women in the Victorian Imagination
Meet the artist behind Art House's November special exhibition, Michael Strangelove, and explore Women in the Victorian Imagination. The monthly vernissage is an opportunity to view the work and ask about the artist's techniques, influences and background.
The opening is Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 7 PM. The venue calendar reserves the event through 10 PM and describes it as running until late. Admission is free. Wine is offered in the exhibition room while supplies last.
Art House's official exhibitions page identifies this as the November 2026 exhibition; the opening is distinct from normal cafe visiting hours.
Access
The entrance has eight steps and no ramp. Inside, the cafe floor is mostly level, with one small step down into a side room. There is a wheelchair accessible washroom and gender-neutral washrooms. The cafe serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
