About the programme
Meet other bakers, try recipes and compare the successes and challenges of your baking. The club welcomes both beginners and experienced bakers. Each monthly meeting focuses on a cookbook or a theme. Limited copies of the selected cookbooks can be borrowed in advance; ask staff at the Nepean Centrepointe library hub.
The remaining 2026 selections are The Scone Queen Bakes by Danielle Sepsy on November 5 and a Candy! theme on December 3, when participants choose a candy recipe.
The 2027 programme lists Celebrate by Paul Hollywood for January 7; Family Favourites, using a recipe passed on by family or friends, for February 4; Baking and the Meaning of Life by Helen Goh for March 4; a Pies theme for April 1; Baking Day with Anna Olson for May 6; and Fruit and Flower Power for June 3, exploring recipes with fruit or flowers.
