About the programme
Ask basic questions about computers, personal devices, software and apps at the library's drop-in technology-help session. The session is held in the third-floor computer training room at Main branch.
The programme cannot assist with online banking or shopping transactions, device diagnosis or repairs. The current dated calendar and English description list 2–3 PM; an older French paragraph on the same page says 1–2 PM, so this page follows the current dated schedule.
Confirmed schedule
All times are local to Ottawa. Only the dates published in the current official calendar are included.
