Hundreds of vibrant, whimsical, and spirited animals representing 200 species connected to Ottawa’s past and present joyfully populate this one-of-a-kind public art installation. Each tiny clay animal family was hand-sculpted by Sandy Hill artist Ben Lachapelle (Ben Animalia) and playfully displayed on a seven-foot tree inspired by the iconic oaks of Strathcona Park.
