Wellington Street West between Island Park Drive and Breezehill Avenue turns into a neighbourhood street festival for Taste of Wellington. Admission is free. Food tastings are donation-based, with proceeds supporting the Parkdale Food Centre.
Daytime TASTE (10:00 am–6:00 pm)
The daytime program includes local shopping and sidewalk sales, food samples, live music, circus acts, roller disco, kids' activities, and art in Hintonburg and Wellington Village.
Parkdale Park is a new community hub this year, with the CKCU Live Music Stage, live radio broadcasts, interactive activities, and gathering space.
After TASTE (6:00 pm–11:00 pm)
After TASTE keeps the street going in the evening. The Thursty Pedaler Entertainment Tour brings buskers, musicians, and other performers to participating patios around Wellington West.
