For the whole month of August, Bandit Golf is running a free closest-to-the-pin competition on the 7th hole at Pebble Beach, one of the most photographed holes in golf.
You get five attempts at the 98-yard shot on Trackman simulators, set up with soft greens and no wind. All abilities and ages are welcome, so it works whether you play every weekend or have never swung a club.
How It Works
- When: August 1–31, 2026. The venue is open 24/7, so you can take your shot any time
- Cost: Free, but you need to book
- How long: About 15 minutes per person
- Where: Unit 19, 190 Colonnade Road South, in Nepean
Booking is required and slots are reserved through the Bandit Golf site.

Good to Know
Bandit Golf is an indoor simulator venue, so the competition runs regardless of weather. It is a good rainy-day option in August and an easy one to combine with a group outing, since everyone only needs a short slot.
