This edition FNF showcases folk acts Graven and Elizabeth Royal Matt Gower has been involved in the Ottawa music community for over two decades. His songwriting incorporates folk, alt-country and old-time music weaved between timeless lyrics and dynamic vocals. Over the years Matt has performed with garage-folk band Capital Grass and the No Men and folk duo Fathom the Sea around the National Capital Region and Western Quebec. Throughout Matt’s musical journeys, a constant thread has held true: nothing carries more weight than connecting with an audience through the power of song.
