The Katharine Robinson School of Highland Dance invites the community to a Highland Ceilidh & Showcase at the Fairbairn House Heritage Centre in Wakefield — just half an hour outside downtown Ottawa, across the road from the Gatineau River and within five minutes of local restaurants and businesses.
It's a chance for the school's dancers to showcase a year of hard work while bringing the wider community together to enjoy Scottish culture, music, and dance.

What to expect:
- Live Scottish music by local musicians from Ottawa and Wakefield
- Highland dancing and a showcase
- Food, Scottish games, and local vendors
- An open musical jam session — anyone is welcome to join
When: Saturday, June 27, 2026, 1:00–4:00 pm
Admission: $15 for adults, free for children.
The ceilidh takes place at the Fairbairn House Heritage Centre, a historic site in Wakefield surrounded by the Gatineau Hills.
