Italian Week Ottawa 2026: Little Italy Pizza Crawl

Italian Week Ottawa is excited to partner with four prominent and local “pizzerie” for this guided Pizza Crawl through the neighbourhood. Eat your way through Little Italy while exploring the rich history, culture, and community that have shaped Ottawa’s Italian-Canadian experience.

The event combines a culinary experience with a historical walking tour, as participants walk from one pizzeria to the next. Along the way, you’ll learn about the heritage of the area and the people and businesses that have helped define this vibrant community.

Participating “pizzerie”: Giovanni’s Snack Bar, Joe’s Italian Kitchen, Schoolhouse Pizza, and Farinella. Each offering a distinct style of pizza defined by unique dough, crust texture, and topping techniques.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. This outdoor event will take place rain or shine. Space is limited.

Each ticket includes 4 Margherita pizza slices (one slice per person from each participating pizzeria). Due to the nature of the event, dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.

The tour meeting point is Giovanni’s Snack Bar patio (376 Booth St.).
