Nous parlerons aussi de l'importance de réfléchir à vos valeurs, croyances et de vos volontés de fin de vie. Enfin nous parlerons de l'importance de bien choisir votre mandataire, de préparer votre directive préalable médicale, et de communiquer vos volontés à vos personnes de confiance, personnel médical et proches. Tout ceci dans le but de vous aider à mieux faire respecter vos volontés dans le cas où vous n'êtes pas capable de communiquer. Présenté pasr Lysanne Brault, Coach de vie professionnelle et bénévole pour l'organisation caritative Mourir dans la Dignité Canada (MDDC) et pour Soins Palliatifs Ottawa.
