AIYANA is an Ojibwe and Caribbean singer-songwriter based in Ottawa

She was from northern Ontario and is a member of M’Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island with ties to the Caribbean island of Barbados

Blending elements of folk, pop, and soul, her music weaves raw emotion and poetic honesty

Accompanying herself on piano and ukulele, she crafts songs that explore vulnerability, healing, and self-discovery

Her debut single, “It’s Getting Bad Again,” is available on all streaming platforms, marking the start of a heartfelt musical journey
