About
The Fulton family has been stewards of their maple forest in Pakenham, Ontario, for 180 years. As a sixth-generation, family-run sugar bush on a 400-acre farm, they've been producing maple syrup since 1840.
Season Dates
- Maple Season: February 28 – April 19, 2026
Hours
- Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 3 PM
- Weekends, March Break, Good Friday & Easter Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Activities
- Tours of the Sugar Camp where syrup is produced
- Walking, snowshoeing, and skiing trails
- Horse-drawn sleigh rides (weekends)
- Hand-poured maple taffy (weekends)
- Live music and campfires (select dates)
- Tobogganing

Certified organic maple syrup, butter, sugar, candy, and maple spa products available at the shop.
