Sausage Making Class - October 22nd, 2025
Students will be taken through the entire sausage making process, from seasoning to stuffing, and then make their own creations, with 5 lbs of pork. The demonstration sausage is our classic Italian Ubriaca - a basic but extremely flavourful sausage of pork, wine, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Full access to our spice and seasoning rack is available, and Dave will give guidance to ensure a good mix of spices.

What to Bring
