Experience an authentic celebration of Mexico's most important holiday in the heart of Ottawa! The Day of the Dead Festival brings the richness of Mexican culture to Canada through art, gastronomy, music, and dance.
What is Day of the Dead?
The Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) is celebrated every November 1st and 2nd in Mexico. It's a joyful celebration where friends and family gather to remember loved ones who have passed away and support their spiritual journey. Rather than mourning, the festival celebrates the lives of the deceased with food, drink, parties, and activities they enjoyed in life.
